It’s funny how quickly a few habits can turn into a routine. Since we moved to Shoreditch last year, Sundays have started taking on a bit of a regular rhythm:
walk down to Allpress to get one of the best flat whites in London, stroll to Columbia Road to pick up some flowers and then back to Shoreditch, often stopping off at a shop to get some fresh bread and tomatoes. Last weekend we stopped at Leila’s Shop to buy some groceries – the result of which can be seen in the plate shown on the last couple of pictures. What fun…
Oh, and last Sunday was also particularly fun as I got to play with some lenses that I borrowed from Calumet – a 100mm Macro, as well as a 24-105mm L lens. One of these days I’m hopefully going to BUY one of them that I can OWN. I hope this day comes soon.
