It doesn’t get any easier…
1. Cut 5 apples into thin slices.
2. Squeeze some lemon juice over the apples. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon and stir.
3. Roll out a puff-pastry sheet. With a thin knife, indicate a boarder about 1cm inside the pastry sheet.
4. Spread a little melted butter over the sheet with a brush.
5. Place the apples onto the pastry sheet.
6. Spread some more melted butter over. Sprinkle with some brown sugar.
7. In the pre-heated oven (200°C) it goes, for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s golden.
8. Don’t enjoy without vanilla ice cream. 🙂
